As the lead partner in HHM’s Management Advisory Services department, Jon Paul Davis provides business owners with the knowledge and foresight they need to navigate complex financial decisions. He guides companies through business planning, including strategic growth decisions, forecasts and financial modeling. Jon Paul assists clients with all stages of mergers and acquisitions from planning, to implementation, to the evaluation of tax consequences. Jon Paul also leads HHM’s business valuation and litigation support niche. He provides business valuation and litigation support services to businesses and attorneys across the country, including valuations for marital dissolution purposes, lost earnings and lost profits calculations, wrongful termination or death cases, co-mingled funds, personal injury analysis, and more. He has served on teams representing both buy and sell sides of transactions, as well as valuations for financial reporting and intangible asset impairment. Jon Paul is responsible for training and mentoring new staff. He is very active within the community and currently serves on the board of the H*Art Gallery. He is a member of Rotary Club of Downtown Chattanooga, is a former adjunct professor at the University of Tennessee of Chattanooga and is the chairperson of the investment committee of the United Way of Greater Chattanooga.
